Our board chairman is Mr. Zhanchunxin. Born in 1955, he was the Party member of CPC. He has obtained a masters' degree. As the former director of Construction Ministry of Changsha Construction Machinery Institution Lab and the president of Zoomlion Construction Machinery Industry Company, he was awarded National advanced worker, excellent leader of Construction Ministry as well as Young and middle-aged science, technology, management expert with outstanding achievement of Construction Ministry. He has received many award such as "Hunan Province ShaoGuang Science and Technology Prize", "Excellent Party Member of the CPC", "representative of the 16th National CPC", "the most Influential Enterpriser in China", "the ten outstanding economic personages of Hunan Province". He enjoys special allowance which is provided by the State Council. Now, he is vice-chairmen of Chinese Engineering Construction Association; Vice-president of Hunan Entrepreneur Association; the president of Construction Ministry of Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institution and board chairman of Changsha Zoomlion heavy industry science and technology development limited company.
